If I could give negative stars I would. They have ZERO communication after a management takeover earlier this month month at the Livery Modern in Lakeville MN. They are sending out incorrect rent invoices, over charging for services as well as trying to collect extra money for last months rent when i have in writing i have a credit for the upcoming month in March. Doesn't return voicemails nor do they return any emails sent via our resident portal. They just took over the Livery Modern management again and it has been nothing but a nightmare. You cant keep using we need time as an excuse when you are ignoring the residents living here. You have no live person in the office on the weekends for any one for us to speak with. Do I have to take a day off work and sit outside the building until

My family and I have had such a wonderful experience living at one of these properties. The management staff and construction team that we interacted with in the early stages of our property opening have been amazing at not only making us feel welcome and at home, but also in resolving even the smallest issues that arose. It was a strange coincidence that I recently came across some job postings for The Garrett Companies, and when I reached out to the corporate staff I could not be more impressed with the professionalism and the culture that they have developed throughout their company. These are people who treat their employees with respect just like I have seen they treat their residents. Thank you thank you for the great experiences I have had with you so far!

They were awful to rent from. The whole experience, from trying to get the lease signed, to when they switched management and left our property without telling anyone, they were awful to deal with. Horrible at communicating, horrible at dealing with issues. They left our new management company with a host of issues, and have been thoroughly unhelpful in trying to get problems resolved THAT THEY CREATED. If an apartment you're looking at is managed by them, I'd steer well clear of it!

Nonexistent corporate. Local property office inefficient. Communication horrible. I would not recommend this company.
