Not the type of service you expect from your local store. May have been one unmotivated sales person. Called ahead at 4:46 pm knowing it was almost closing time. The part could have been ready on the counter for me by the time I arrived. But instead I get no answer and when I pulled in, the guy is looking at me, then hides in the back. You’ve got to be kidding me. If you don’t like your job then don’t do it. I would have been in and out by 5pm. (Your advertised closing time.)

This place is a joke. Go to supply New England. These guys don’t know their **s from their elbow when it comes to product. Plus the guys at supply New England at least act happy to see a customer walk through the door. I think the Dennis location may need to get some fresh faces in there.

Can’t complain love the open pick & easy exchange process these guys will wait & check to make sure your money worth
