The Granite Group

I went to the showroom and there were two women working. They both did not even acknowledge that I was in the showroom. I told them I was building a home and wanted to look at fixtures and they told me to make an appointment. I would never purchase anything from this company.

Superb customer service. I’ve been here a few times seeking help with parts for various plumbing needs. The service employees greeted me and patiently researched my issue. On one occasion, I needed a small trivial part that attached to a faucet. Kohler gave me a hard time about getting this part. I went to this store and met with Karen G. , who then took her own time to resolve the issue. Will come back here, hands down the best customer service I’ve seen.

Katie was so helpful at a time where I needed just that. I explained what I needed and she took all the information being very knowledgeable. She researched to make sure what I wanted was in stock and called me back in a very timely manner. Thank you so much Katie. You made doing business with Granite Group so smooth and relieved all of stress.

Marissa was awesome. Showroom was packed with fixtures and ideas. Need a showroom up in re Lake Winnipesakee area!

Complete scum! Avoid at all costs! I ordered from them and was unable to receive the delivery due to a family emergency. The item was returned to them and they kept my $2200.
