Dropped in for advice on how to remove a really tricky shower diverter cartridge. The gentleman at the desk gamed it through with me, gave great advice that helped me succeed, and even though they didn't distribute the particular brand I was dealing with, they helped me find the part number I was looking for. Highly recommend!

If I could leave a negative I would customer service is not their specialty for sure. I brought in a broken piece of our sink faucet after that what they told my husband to do and the guy shrugged it off said with out the maker they couldn't help didn't Even try to make something work. This after they told my husband bring it in they would match it. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. They sure cater to just the contractors and not regular customers

I called because I had a question, when someone finally picked up I asked if the decision maker was in because I needed to speak with them directly. The gentleman on the phone laughed and hung up. Phenomenal customer service!!
