I must give a shout out to Michele at the Willimantic location! I brought in a photo of my leaky old kitchen faucet. With her vast knowledge of plumbing parts, Michele was not only able to identify the maker and model of my discontinued fixture, but found the part number and ordered it for me. The faucet works perfectly now — thank you, Michele!

Stay away from the Wiliimantic location! The lady at the front desk is Miserable! She is rude with every customer. How much business is Granite going to keep loosing because of her?

Horrible customer service!! The lady i spoke with had a nasty attitude. I was asking for a specific part but didn’t know the name and she said “well i cant help you i dont know why you’re calling us without knowing the part name so stop wasting our time.” Will never be coming here for parts again. I usually go to the Norwich location.

Michelle and Ricky are super knowledgeable and always finding me what I need. Also deliveries are on point worh great service!
