I appreciated the easy process of upgrading our counters. It started with us showing up to the showroom close to closing time, and they didn’t mind and took the time to walk us through options. Emily, our sales contact, was easy to work with. The whole process happened very quickly and they showed up when they said they would, endured barking dogs, and got the job done. The counter is beautiful and the process was fast and pain free. Everyone was easy going and communication was great.

My experience at The Granite Shop was fantastic from start to finish. They welcomed me in their showroom despite not having an appointment. Seeing full slabs of the quartz made it so much easier to visualize what I was buying, opposed to 4 x 10 inch samples at other places. The employees were attentive and helpful without being pushy. The price was SIGNIFICANTLY less than competition. Measuring and install days were great and easy. I would highly recommend the Granite Shop for all countertop needs!

I dealt with the granite shop for three different tops in different rooms. They were extremely patient with me as each of the bottom cabinets and vanities from other stores kept coming defective and had to be re ordered with long delivery times. They would call and ask for updates and held the quartz slabs for months with my name on it. Tom, Emily, and the entire team were awesome to deal with and would recommend them for any project small or large.
