We had an amazing experience with this company. They were personable, honest, hard-working, thorough, and attentive. They worked with my difficult schedule, always flexible, always professional. They were honest and trustworthy. They went above and beyond to make sure everything looked even better than how it started before the damage. They offered to drive out to my house one night late when I couldn’t figure out how to close my garage door (which was my own fault). Their actual restoration work was STELLAR and their professionalism was unmatched. I would work with again in a heartbeat and give my highest recommendation for The Great Tarheel Restoration Company.

Massive Dishwasher leak/flood thru sub floor. I worked for months to try and get a company who would help, Servpro gave shady process, multiple no shows, and insurance wasn’t helping until I found John and his company. This was a long and grueling process, but John and his team were amazing to work with. If you think this is a painless process you are going to be disappointed. The process of documenting, estimating, and completing work with various contractors is time consuming. It took about 9 months. But John and the contractors he works with were patient and funny, honest, thoughtful and helped us achieve a dream situation. Shout out to Kaylee with the no nonsense, Carlos for amazing floors, and John’s brother and other hilarious cabinet guys for the great job and funny stories-

We have been very impressed with John and his staff. His staff and all of his subcontractors have been most knowledgeable, friendly, patient with our many questions and professional. They have been on time and they have cleaned up after their work job and they are proud of their work and their work is excellent! John was also good at letting us know the timing of the subcontractors so that we would know exactly where the job was as far as completion date. We highly endorse John and his crew and we are extremely satisfied with their finished work product.

We received amazing services after having a fire that damaged the side of our house. The work that was done to our home looks better than it did when it was first built 3 years ago. Very professional and kind. We will definitely recommend them and will be using them for any future needs we may have.

A water leak caused fairly significant damage to my kitchen, requiring removing and rebuilding a cabinet. Things happened as scheduled and quality was unmatched.
