The Hang Up Put Down Shoppe Carpet One Floor&Home

They took three weeks to do vinyl flooring that they scheduled for supposedly 3 days that took three weeks. Not acceptable. Did not put the backsplash behind refrigerator and left refrigerator on plywood. Also no caulking around tub in bathroom. Left room’s extremely dirty. Not happy with them at all. Being that the floors were over 30 years old, that should’ve been a given to know about subfloors. Now the flooring is bubbling in many spots!! Would like to know what is going to be done please.

The Hang Up Put Down Shoppe recently installed luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring throughout two of our rentals. One rental with an open staircase required new risers and treads, they recommended vinyl, it looks amazing and we could not be happier! Andrea and her staff were responsive and reliable. They provided a good quality product, good quality work and achieved very good results! We will definitely use them again and would recommend them without hesitation

Great service and price. Some small scuff marks on the walls after installation but over all exceptional service. I would r ecomend this shop to anyone looking for smaller or larger jobs.

Justin and Andrea are exceptional people to do business with! They treat you as if you are their only customer! I have bought from them several times. They always honor the price range I give them, and their service is exceptional, (This includes a great installer, Tommy, who takes pride in his work and always goes above and beyond!) I recently had flooding in my house, which necessitated all new carpeting and flooring. They did all they could to make this easy on me.......and even had everything installed several days ahead of time--no easy feat on the week of Thanksgiving! I heartily endorse Hang Up Put Down. You will thank me!

Being a repeat customer of this local business, I again had a great experience. All of the staff were quite helpful as they assisted me with my selection of their products. I was offered to take home as many samples as I desired to help me make my choices. She even brought me many more samples of carpet during my in-home visit which really helped me make my final decision. Installation day was a pleasant experience mostly because of the staff. They went out of their way to make everything work out, especially the transition strips between various flooring. Looking forward to having my next carpet installed in a bedroom.
