Call & make sure they can do the job. I called & they were able to provide for me what I needed. I had a difficult key FOB to duplicate. I saw the entire process and learn things I needed to know about my vehicle.

Absolutely worst service no customer satisfaction and don't have accurate or good programming device I won't recommend them to anyone don't take their service they're expensive and won't get your work done properly and you'll end up with something which is not worth at all.

So I call this company and they advise it’ll be a half an hour. No problem. Well it turns out, the person I called for didn’t need the service after all. So I call the number I originally called and the messages were full and so I sent a text. The boss called me and was upset because I didn’t cancel the call. I told him the above and he said the phone number I texted to does not receive text. He then abruptly hung up on me. To make matters worse, the woman who needed the service told me the employee who arrived to her home told her that if we called back, they were going to charge us double. The woman is 83 years old and got treated like dirt….Don’t use these people. They are unprofessional, uncaring and unforgiving and treat seniors poorly.
