I used to get my oil delivered by 1st Choice Oil and never had a single problem. Ever since they were bought out by The Oil Lady, it’s been a complete disaster. Customer service is awful, mistakes are constantly made, and instead of owning up to them, they blame the customer and flat-out lie. It’s beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional. I would strongly recommend going with literally any other oil company — even if the price is higher — because dealing with this company is absolutely not worth the headache.

I ordered from here given they were the cheapest without reading reviews. I will say this, take the reviews into consideration before making a decision. I arrived home to my oil pipe cap on the ground, meaning it was open to air all day long. I called immediately to let them know and then put the cap back on myself. I then went and checked my oil tank level, and it was not moved. I had everything serviced in the spring, and the gauge replaced. I then checked my cameras and observed the driver put a paper printed receipt like you get at Walmart on my door, walk to his truck to put gloves on, walk to my back gate, open the cap and then back to his truck. I called again and explained this to them only to be met with arguments that the driver was there and that my gauge must be faulty. They s

I ordered 150 gallons. I had just under a quarter of a tank. After the delivery it registered just above a half a tank. I am definitely short Oil. Doesn’t look like they’ll do anything about it. I will not be going back. My gauge is a separate floating gauge. The driver first went to the wrong house in my neighborhood. Maybe they got my missing Oil. UPDATE: I just had 100 gallons delivered (see before and after pics) because I was shorted before and the gauge is reading between 3/4 & 1/2 of a tank….. definitely not the gauge

Delivery is quick, price is the best around. Employees are very friendly and helpful.

Was hesitant at first to go with this company. I shopped around for the cheapest and their name.Just kept popping up, but the 3.3 star review.Question me so I read the reviews and I gave them a shot. When I called the lady I talked to on the phone was very polite very professional. When the oil truck showed up to my house. Oil truck was very clean. Surprised to me.
