One of my favorite stores actually is one of the go to stores that I go to for all my lumber and supplies around the house. Good prices, the help is a bit stretched to try to cover so my aisles but they manage. The load out is helpful but also limited because of the number of people who are looking for help, but we are willing for the most part to wait , it is a necessity in the neighborhood Thanks guys

Kudos to Robert Richards at the Albany, Georgia Home Depot location. This guy was so patient explaining products to my elderly mom. She had many questions and he never acted as if she was a bother. At this time of the year, it's rare that we get quality customer service like what Richard Roberts gave today💛🤍.

Things happen. As a business owner I understand that. But when they do, I bend over backwards to do everything I can to help my customers and help them to see I acknowledge there situation. Unfortunately that's not the treatment I received when I had a return on 10/27 2025 at around 8pm at the Albany H.D. I made 3 trips to get the right paint for my project. The computers were down and the paint could not be matched. I came back 3 hours later and the computers were still not up. The manager ( Andrew) helped me get the color but in another brand. Because of the trouble I experienced he discounted the paint. Later I received a phone call from the paint department that they mixed the wrong color. I was encouraged to bring the paint back and swap it for the correct one but when I returned lat

I went into the store with the hopes of finding what I needed to get this project done. There were many customers over in the paint area so I waited until everyone got what they needed. I walked up to the associate to tell her exactly what I needed. She never greeted me and just stood there. I know how it feels to need a minute so I just gave that space. To shorten it Olivia act as if I was a problem. Her entire demeanor just gave, I did something to her to cause her to be rude. I attempted to talk to her but noticed that what I was saying wasn’t registering and wasn’t going to change the situation. I walked in happy and walked out with a headache for absolutely no reason. While remodeling bathroom, having customer send me items she found on line, was able to go in store to order all items. Interacted with several employees and was pleased with each one. Items arrived at store and was immediately notified they were ready for pickup. I highly recommend this store as they are professional people to deal with.
