My wife and I bought a new dishwasher 16FEB26 which had to be delivered to our home as there weren't any in the store. We were asked if we wanted it unboxed or still in the box upon delivery. We asked if there was a difference in product delivered, were told no, only difference was if it was delivered into the home in a box or not- so we went for unboxed to save on an extra trip to the dump. The dishwasher was in the process of being unloaded from the truck when I arrived home from work Saturday morning, and the delivery men were very careful carrying it inside our home. Upon inspection of dishwasher, we noticed water and condensation inside a tank on the side of appliance, scratches inside on the wall, moisture inside, hard water, mineral deposits, and smudges inside on the walls a

Ordered a washer and dryer. I live on base, I was told they could deliver on base. The day comes and one of the drivers doesn't bring a driver's license, no phone call nothing. I receive a notification that I missed the delivery. I call to reschedule the lady says it could be over a week I say to cancel unless they can get it sooner. They reschedule the delivery but still canceled for some reason. I called the store got transfered around several times then hung up on. Today was the supposed delivery day, I called and was told the w&d was still coming by a pretty rude employee who seemed annoyed I would call even though I had no delivery notifications. Well here I am at almost 6pm delivery doesn't show up after waiting in the house all day. I check and it says refund processed. Rude employe

I visited the Eubank store. I was helped by an employee named Jenny. That's a nice name for a very nice person. She was very helpful and very knowledgeable. She is a great representative for your business model. I wish everyone at Business was as pleasant and caring about my experience. If I can ask for any employee to be recognized for going above and beyond job requirements she would be the one. She is a keeper for your organization.

Store is well stocked with every DIY handyman item and more!! Selection of lumber is plentiful and easy to obtain. For purchasers requiring loading assistance, Carl is always helpful, cheerful and customer satisfaction driven. Carl has assisted me twice now and he is always the same, cheerful, helpful and ensures you have everything you needed loaded. Carl is definitely a reflection of what every employee should be, driven to ensure your total satisfaction. I'd go to Home Depot just to have a chance to interact with Carl!!
