I’ve placed two separate orders for delivery here and each time there is an issue with my order. The items are coming directly from the store; the first time I order three ceiling fans and I only got one. The most recent time I ordered a leaf blower (nearly 300.00) and I received wood pellets for a smoker. Home Depot customer service was able to reimburse me, thankfully! But it required an extra step that required speaking with customer service. I’m not sure who is doing or how the deliveries are being done but honestly not it’s worth the hassle anymore. I gave it one star I’ve also had a poor experience at this store in person- a different time I waited an hour for a clerk to check to see if they had a grill in the back so I could purchase it. Be careful renting a vehicle from here. None the rental vehicles at this store could be used; four had plates expired (some more than a year out of date) and one had no keys available. Frustratingly, the store website showed all vehicles available even though none were. Our reservation for a rental could only be canceled and could not be shifted to another store. Customer Service was polite and helped us find another store with vehicles available.

I was on a DIY mission to replace my blinds. After visiting two other locations (which were unsuccessful) my sister suggested that I go to the Home Depot on Richmond Hwy. I definitely was not disappointed! Upon entering the store, I was greeted by multiple staff. When I got to the blinds section, Ian, did a phenomenal job assisting me with my purchase and he was very knowledgeable about the merchandise. He was the greatest and saved the day!

I was greeted with smiles and a hello by almost all the employees throughout the store. The person at self checkout actually noticed I scanned an item more than I should've. I had no clue until he said something and helped me take the extra item off. Thank you!

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at Home Depot. The staff (Danny from Aisle 19) was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help. Danny, in particular, was extremely lazy—he didn’t provide any reasonable options, seemed uninterested in my concerns, and left me feeling uneasy. It was clear he had no intention of resolving the issueafter my wife and I inquired for a manager support if he's unable to provide other option. Thankfully, Eric (Manager) and anothet Staff (wood deparment), stepped in and completely turned things around. He was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about finding a solution. Eric’s efforts saved the situation and restored my confidence, but without him, this visit would have been a complete disaster.
