Great Home Depot experience today! Cliff was so helpful!!! He went out of his way to help me find what I was looking for, and was very pleasant as well. By far the best interaction I’ve had at Home Depot.

This store is a complete joke I felt like I live in an alternate universe trying to get anyone to help us. Trying to purchase an item that needs to be delivered due its size. Went to the customer service desk and the lady said she “is new here and doesn’t know anything”, pointed us to the Pro service desk and then we walk down there and the lady told us we have to come back tomorrow to get help what a joke. This store has a bunch of people working here that are just walking around doing nothing and don’t care to help customers. Just playing out the shift clock until it’s up is what seems to be happening here. Had multiple employees walk past us as we waited at the pro service desk awaiting help without saying anything as well. All I know is this isn’t how this country used to be !! Finally

I purchased a refrigerator after the last one from Home Depot quit after 3 years. It was about the 10th major appliance over the years. The Samsung models had issues during Covid and HD failed to tell me that. We were scheduled for delivery on 9-11-25 and stayed home all day. The fridge never arrived that day. Nobody would answer at the Delivery Dept. I called for a reschedule for 9-12. Approaching quitting time for deliveries, I called. They were already done for the day and the employee had not put me on the schedule! Bear in mind that I have been without a fridge for weeks and had to bail a water bucket for several days because my handyman had disconnected the old one to finally paint the wall behind it. I'm taking cancer treatments daily and had the joy of having to explain every day t

Updated 2020 loved walking through the garden center taking photos being inspired by all the pretty colors. The staff are so friendly. parking is easy. Great prices 2018- Great place has everything in my one place. Gardening center is so beautiful to walk through. They are always so very helpful and knowledgeable. Its easy to find what u need they have signs for every aisle and department. I like that they have discounted items in back of store too worth checking out. They have good return policy as long as you have your receipt. They also have a you scan so u can hurry pst people with big orders.

If you need flooring Ed is your guy! He has made this whole experience wonderful. He was so helpful and a joy to work with!
