My eperience started with a snow delayed delivery. It was holding up production on my current project. Completely understand why things weren’t being delivered because of 12 inches of snow.But after a few days I decided to go pick it up myself. I called in advance to let Brandon, who was great over the phone, know that I was coming to pick my delivery up. He was a man of his word. When I arrived my delivery was ready for pick up, but it only got better from there. I connected with Joanne a concierge at the pro desk who wasn’t just great but excellent from start to finish. She made sure that I was compensated for my delivery charge and also for my inconvenience. She walked with me through the store every step of the way, making sure I was guided in the right direction from start to finish.

Horrible customer service at this location. When I asked for simple directions to find an item, the associate I spoke with had an attitude. Later, when I went to customer service to return something, the tall gentleman there was rude and obnoxious. I then asked to speak with the manager, but was not allowed to. This level of service is unacceptable. I will not return to this Bristol Pike location and would rather drive further to the Northeast location, where the manager is professional, approachable, and actually takes the time to walk with you and answer questions. Please teach your employees that the customer always comes first. The service here reflects poorly on the store’s management and training

I usually do pickup through the app—not my favorite, but I just want to get in and out. Today I went to pick up a chair I’d already paid for, and the guy told me, “Bro, the line starts over there.” I was like, seriously? No need to say that. The girl there did help me, though, and she mentioned he was having a bad day. I said he needed to chill out. I know someone who’s worked at three other Home Depots, and the stuff he’s seen was crazy.

This time was a better experience when I came back at 8:00 PM To the store and a awesome customer service representative name, Erin And another girl with glasses were really great and was willing to help me with my water heater warranty exchange were very polite and knew exactly what to do with this process Of getting me a new water heater that needed to be replaced Thank you to them and I hope Erin gets a raise and promotes up to customer service manager 💯💯💯👍👍👍 for this Home Depot And yes, this photo is allowed to be warranty exchange With a manufacturer claim Not even the manager and one Karen worker during the day was not trying to help me they would not sit there and listen to had I was explaining to them that was the only downside of my Experience there but Erin on the other hand was

I went to this store to purchase several products. Bob Lukasik from the hardware department helped me find exactly what I needed. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and was a pleasure to talk to. He actually walked with me to multiple aisles to help me find exactly what I needed. What a great representative of your store. Excellent job, Bob! And thank you for your service to our country as a U.S. Marine. 🇺🇸
