Excellent, professional and efficient service!! Tri State Restoration completed the demolition to my 1,600 square foot home in NJ which sustained an extensive fire. I was unable to find a restoration company who was priced within my budget or a restoration company who could complete the project within a expeditious timeframe. Once I agreed to contact them for the demolition, they were out immediately to whom worked tirelessly, until completion. Not only was the demolition completed but, they left my home clean, ready for the rebuild. My house looks fantastic. They exceeded my expectations 100%!!! Thank you Bobby Shubert.

My house sustained severe smoke damage due to a fire next door. I called Tri State and Bob Shubert came to the house the next day to inspect the damage; he told me all that would be done, when it would be done and kept me apprised of the progress of the restoration every step of the way. Bob is caring and compassionate and made a difficult situation so much easier for me. I recommend Bob and Tri State highly! They're the best!

Yes they show up and yes they do what I would say a 90% cleanup because they not only peed on the 1/2 bathroom floor, not flushed a toilet after use and had water bottles all over the basement they were cleaning along with some outside my home. Which I had to cleanup and was willing to over look but….. Ask yourself would you hire a company that knows they broke a breaker in your breaker box and leave and not tell you?? I find this breaker a few hours after they left because the electric in the basement stopped working. When I went to see if a breaker popped I find this breaker broken and loose. Not happy at all. How do you come into a home do 1 days work and charge the insurance $9285.00. Can’t imagine what it would cost to remodel the home. Only the wet parts of floor was removed. I have still have more to remove then what was ripped out. Ok so the fans were in my house until they came to take them but I’m the one paying the electric bills for them. Hopefully I never have this problem again but if I do I will not go the same route.

Andrew and Greg came to execute and were careful and professional with drying the ceiling. I had a separate water issue in the basement and Andrew was so adamant with finding out where the water had come in from that he and Greg offered to do a water test. Let me pause right there to say not even the basement waterproofers would help do this test - unless you fork over the min. 3k they need to smile. Lo and behold, Andrew and Greg identified exactly where the water was creeping in. To think, this has been an ongoing issue for 3 years now and I’ve had a dozen waterproofers come by and offer no solution, only the typical bs and money grab. These guys are good, honest folks who excel at what they do.
