The Home Depot

I had the best experience in our local Home Depot yesterday. Our contractor ordered a few items and asked me to go pick them up. When I arrived a short time later, the order wasn't yet ready. There was a lovely young lady, Tassia, working at the Customer Service Desk who took it upon herself to go gather up the order for me (since she wasn't busy at the moment) which I was so delighted by. She was just the nicest person, so helpful and knowledgable. A few minutes later, she returned with all of my items and I was on my way. She even gave my dog a couple of dog biscuits, which my dog greatly appreciated. By far she was the nicest Home Depot employee I've ever come into contact with. UPDATE 4/9 --- The flowers have arrived. So, so many choices. Color everywhere! Trees, shrubs, mulch, soil, veggie plants, and much more available. ---------- Have almost everything here! I do have a sweet spot for tools and gardening stuff so I may be a little biased about hardware, etc. Very busy place. Help not readily available. Long lines on a Tuesday afternoon visit.

Came in for an item (Snowman with a puffer jacket) amd its a viral social media item. Went to 2 stores in Pasadena + Glen Burnie area. I cane to the Annapolis location since it said 1 on hand and i couldn't find the item until (Andy) helped me and ran the SKU number and found the last item and I was very pleased of how he took the time to look if it was in stock since it was (limited stock) when i arrived at the location, he check on his hand held device for stock and walked me over to the aisle and found the item. Thank you for your great customer service Andy and I will be coming back to this location to shop.

Overall the store is very nice. I everyone was pleasant. Dan and Vinny went above and beyond to help me get an item. This was my first time in this Home Depot and I will be sure to return.

My son and I had the utmost pleasure returning some superfluous items here last week.. We don’t usually think of those errands as fun outings. However, a wonderful cashier called “British”, whose accent is slightly Scottish, happily assisted us. He was friendly, professional and even humorous. Way to go, Home Depot!
