I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this Home Depot location. The entire team was outstanding, especially Jenny, Jone, Michael, and M. I live in the city of Clermont, and unfortunately, due to repeated issues such as limited inventory and difficult experiences at my local store, my husband and I now prefer to drive to this location instead. As business owners and a property management company, we spend a significant amount of time and money at Home Depot every single week. I had a great experience at The Home Depot thanks to Loranne in the paint department. She was extremely helpful and attentive from the moment I walked in. She took her time explaining the different paint options and made sure I had everything I needed to finish my project. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days. Thank you, Loranne!

This is one of the worst Home Depot. No one came to paint desk for about 30min, finally a guy came and told he need to take care another customer in floor department, many of Home Depot people walked about to move inventory. Just no one came to mix paint. I have never ever had such experience in Home Depot in Georgia. They done like probably because I am not Florida resident.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I had a very unwelcome experience at Home Depot yesterday morning that I feel needs to be addressed, especially since there was no management nearby. From the moment I walked in and began shopping, I overheard an employee call out to someone named Ariana. Shortly after, I heard Ariana speaking negatively about other coworkers on the sales floor. As a customer and a business owner, it was disappointing to witness what appeared to be a toxic work environment. The same employee later assisted me, but her tone was negative and uninviting. I ultimately had to seek help from another associate who was more polite, but unfortunately lacked the knowledge to properly assist me.
