The Home Depot

This Home Depot is clean, well-stocked, and organized, which makes shopping convenient and efficient since items are easy to locate. However, while I noticed associates greeting and assisting other shoppers nearby, I was not acknowledged at all, which left me feeling overlooked and less valued as a customer. Consistent customer service would make the experience much better.

I want to take a moment to recognize James at Home Depot for his outstanding customer service. I came into the store feeling overwhelmed because I had a broken antique clock that means a lot to me. I had already taken it to several places and was told it couldn’t be fixed, so I wasn’t even sure what I was looking for when I walked in. James noticed me and immediately stepped in to help. He reassured me that he could take a look and kindly pulled me aside so he could focus on fixing it. He was extremely pleasant, patient, and genuine the entire time. What stood out the most was how caring and respectful he was, especially toward elderly customers. He did not rush at all and took his time to make sure the clock was fixed properly. I love this store. It has almost everything you need for your home, project, gardening, etc. They have such a large variety of items, you could be in this store forever just looking at everything. I do furniture refinishing and they always have what I need to complete my projects. The staff is so helpful when I have a question and eager to assist. There is a restroom in the back of the store that is large enough for wheel chair access.

It's a Small store but with everything a normal Home Depot has. This Home Depot has good employees and is a great place to visit if you are in the Ashburn Area.
