Always love coming here. If I'm not shopping for something specific, just wandering around here gives me all sorts of home improvement ideas. Today we went in search of an inexpensive charcoal grill. We ended up purchasing a smoker-grill for $120. Had some wonderful help but unfortunately didn't catch the associate's name.

A Home Depot like all the rest, they have just about anything you could need for around the house repairs, remodels, and upkeep. They also have a large garden area with flowers, plants, and trees during the warmer months. The store was clean and organized on my visit with everything I was looking for.

I purchased a washer and dryer from Home Depot and it was supposed to be delivered on Saturday, between 3:00 and 7:00. Around 6:00 I saw that I was next on the list. then shortly after, I got a phone call from the delivery guy, saying that they are going to have to reschedule because they are stuck. What? Like stuck in traffic? Or maybe, stuck in someone’s muddy yard? Oh, and they don’t deliver on Sunday so I’m going to have to wait until Monday. I missed an opportunity to work on Saturday, but I didn’t take it because I wanted to be home when they deliver. Anyway, here we are again. Late afternoon, early evening, as I patiently wait, I check the tracker and I see another delay. Worst experience I've ever had with a company. Ordered a 2 stage snow blower with guaranteed 3 day delivery. That was almost 2 weeks ago. When I call customer support every few days, I've continously been lied to about where it was and when I would get it. I've been told everything from delivery times, its on the truck, it will be there by noon, we will have conflict resolution call you (never did), we are busy and other deliveriestake priority. This is just some of the things I was told. All in all spent $1000 to be lied to. Sad part is this is all through a corporate contract that spends $100,000+a year with them. If they dont value a high profile corporation, then why would they care about you. You've been warned!

I am having a very negative experience of Home Depot's delivery service. My delivery of a refrigerator has been delayed twice. I was notified of the first delay via phone call from the staff, and it was understandable. On the rescheduled delivery date, I did miss a call from this staff person. I tried twice to return the call and could not get through. Then I called Home Depot's customer service, waded through the obnoxious robot and the long wait time to speak to a foreign outsourced customer service representative who attempted to help me but could not. He attempted to also call the shipping team and could not get through. I have still not received my refrigerator and have not been contacted for a new delivery date. This is unacceptable customer service, and I will never again order some
