I called Ben from the South Portland store to see if they had a electric start generator. They had one left and he had it behind the counter saved for me. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

They incorrectly entered my name when filling out a credit card, and thus caused the payment to be "missed" and dropped my score 100 points. Avoid this location so they don't ruin you as well.

Last month I gave Home Depot a request for a metal roofing quote. I also asked Lowe’s for the same. Pro associate Keith brushwein took my request and gave me a quote within 6 hours. I received the roofing within 2 weeks. With Keith’s expertise the metal went on my roof and it was exactly the right amount. Thanks Home Depot for having an expert in your pro department. Lowes gave me a a pro with no experience. I still don’t have the quote back from him.
