I placed an online order to be picked up in 2 hours. After 2&1/2 hours I hadn't received an order ready message. That was no big deal, my company's computer often promises more than we can do. I get that. I tell the nice lady at the service counter that I didn't receive the order ready status and would be happy to go get it if it wasn't already picked. She said that was fine. I go to the section it's nowhere to be found. We looked and looked, their computer said there were 12 in stock. It took a long time to find any worker. Found a nice lady, she helped us look. Can't find it either, can't even find a sticker for it. She said that's probably why nobody picked it yet. I say ok, go back to service, requesting a cancellation from the nice lady. We went to look at appliances. We knew what we wanted and were going to order but the associate didn't know how to set up delivery. He asked us to come back in an hour. Frustrating no service. Drove 45 minutes for nothing so we came home and ordered ourselves. Auburn HD is a waste no service not the 1st time. Online ordered ourselves but didn't get the discount

Ample parking. They have a bit of everything you need for home repairs and appliances. Various deals on different things throughout the year. Also have a garden section, different tools etc .

Well, mixed review today. Home Depot has a little lower prices than other lumber yards in the area, but today they didn't have the board sizes needed. Fast service, great customer care, but sometimes stock is low, or the Available at another store message comes up on internet search for items.

Old woman using a walker at the self checkout was extremely rude to me. I shop here all the time for myself and my clients. I do not deserve nor appreciate that kind of behavior, especially from my elders. Disrespectful.
