I'm writing to express my disappointment with the condition of the bathroom at your store. On 11/16/2025, I visited your location with my 3-year-old daughter and was shocked by the state of the bathroom. The baby diaper change table was unclean, and the sink was dirty. As a parent, I'm concerned about the hygiene and safety of these facilities, especially for vulnerable children. Unfortunately, my daughter was unable to use the bathroom, and we had to leave the store. I hope you'll take immediate action to improve the cleanliness and maintenance of your bathroom facilities. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and take necessary steps to provide a cleaner and safer environment for customers

This review is solely about the manager on duty tonight, Katie. We ordered through the store some lights and the process was pretty easy. Just like anything else we got confirmation of the order, picture of the product by our door, and thought everything was fine. Well that was until we came home to no package. We reviewed our cameras and saw the Uber driver that was hired from the store delivering the product, taking a picture of it by the door, only to TAKE IT WITH HIM! We were LIVID! I spent 3 hours on the phone with HD customer care and the manager on duty in the morning. I got NOWHERE. I finally went in the store and talked to Katie who was so kind, professional, and solution driven! Visited this store at 9:15am on a Monday (2/2/26) to buy a sliding glass door. I wasn't really surprised when the mill-work section was deserted. I was only a little annoyed at the fact that there was no "call" button for the section either. I flagged an employee down who attempted to find a Dominic (sp). After 10 minutes I was officially pissed and left. Honestly, probably wasn't worth my time to visit the store anyway because they only had a handful of sliding examples in stock. Like an idiot, I went back to this store on Saturday (2/7/26) around 11am. The mill-work section was deserted AGAIN and there was another customer who had already been waiting a few minutes for someone to show up. I promptly walked away...but stopped to talk to an assistant store manager on the way out.

Great experience at Home Depot. Shay helped me around 9 PM and had a very positive attitude. She was quick, friendly, and helped me use my $50 reward to pay, which made checkout super easy. Definitely the best experience I’ve had with an associate.

I had an amazing experience at Home Depot thanks to Dre! He went above and beyond to help me find the right wood and vent cover. I didn’t know my measurements, but I brought a piece from my bed, and he took the time to measure everything and make sure it would fit perfectly. He even cut and loaded the wood for me. Everything turned out just right! Dre was super nice, patient, and really knew what he was doing. Great customer service!
