The Home Depot

What a weekend! Right after the blizzard of February 22–23, 2026, I had to make a quick stop at The Home Depot. I just want to recognize John at Customer Service — he was the only one ringing up sales and still took the time to be patient, kind, and super helpful. After a big snowstorm like that, his great attitude really stood out. Thanks, John — you truly went above and beyond!

Reached out to this me Depot for donations for the Church . The store employees told me the store didn't have coupons available and on cue before I could ask informed me very quickly this store doesn't give merchandise at the Store Level. I know this is not true and managers can make executive decisions and accommodate in certain situations. Its is almost closing and they told me the manager just stepped away for lunch at 9:32pm.which turned out not to be true! I am not going to post her name but she knows who she is and these employees need better customer service skills period! You would think this being Christmas, the store would be more than willing to make an in-kind donation. I have to give a huge shout out to Steve, the manager that helped me out. I had gotten this peel and stick plank floors. Half way through my installation.l I noticed the planks had obvious water damage. Like black mold on the box and the paper on the planks. I explained everything to him and he swapped out the 2 damaged boxes for me! I was honestly blown away of how down to earth and helpful he was. Steve thank you so much man!!

Wonderful, helpful staff (K-Ron! (Forgot to ask spelling)). They did not have the specific shelf bracket I saw online, but I do not regret stopping in in the slightest.

Would like to again thank Terry and John for Amazing customer service, friendly attitudes and they went above and beyond to help me out with looking for an item for me at last minute. Great employees.
