The Home Depot

On December 29, my family and I stopped by Home Depot to purchase a new washing machine. This purchase was not made online, but in-store. Four years ago, we did purchase a different one, for which my husband did not add a warranty on the Whirlpool, which broke within a few weeks due to excessive loud noise. The whole house used to shake after each spin, so this week we decided to purchase a new one before New Year's. On the dryer, there was a three-year warranty that was purchased by me. So, we have done business many times and never had any problems! On the 29th, when we decided on the machine, the seller asked if we needed a new hose and he used his PC. I said that we already had one from a previous purchase, so we did not need to buy another one. However, he never mentioned that “A new

I was helped by a lady name Mary I believe very helpful she took her time and helped me gather every item I had on a list for a project. At first i was a little worried because it was a few items to be looking for but she seemed really happy helping me 10 out of 10 thank you again Mary 😇🙏.

I’ve got to tell you, usually when i go to Home Depot, it is such a draining experience. However, George in flooring made that experience incredible. My experience with George and Jason were friendly, light hearted, personable, knowledgeable, and all around the best employees I could’ve ran into. If they aren’t there, I won’t go!
