Went to HDepot Totowa for highhat trim kits. The store had incorrect inventory and needed 10. I purchased 8, 2 plus a contractor pack of 6. Customer service looked up other stores with inventory for two additional. I arrived home to find the contractor pack only had 5 units. I went to the Bloomfield store and found 3 out of a 22 inventory. Nilde and Jenn the store supervisors would not authorize giving me the missing unit claiming it would screw up their inventory. They made me purchase all three units and said I need to drive back to Totowa to resolve. My total invoice for the day was $500. I went to HDepot becuase someone gave me a gift card. I had excelllent help by Amir (name might have been misspelled) on 3/9, he saw me standing and confused. He asked if I needed help and then he proceeded to help me out very quickly and professionally … Its been a long time since an employee asked me if I needed help at that Home Depot… the self checkout is getting better Than it was previously, there is more staff available at self payout

My roommate went to buy a snake to unclog the shower. She talked to the staff who advised her to rent a Speedrooter. So she went to Union to rent the machine. Completely inappropriate and overkill for clogged hair in a shower. The whole situation was ill advised. When explaining the situation to a plumber and showing photos to him, he stated a machine of this size is only meant for the main stack and using it in a shower or bathtub could severely damage the pipes. We attempts to use the machine last night and when the cable wouldn't fit inside the drain, we called at 9pm to explain how the machine wasn't the right fit fit the job. No one answered the phone until 9:30pm at which point it was too late to return. She was charged full price for a machine that was ill advised. Double ch

First and foremost i am a business owner in Essex county and the way i was treated today by a particular Mr Williams ( security) was truly upsetting. Mr Williams has no awareness on how to properly conduct business. He was extremely rude aggressive and very INTIMIDATING AS A WOMAN AND EVERYTHING THAT IS GOING I WAS DEF SCARED FOR MY LIFE.
