If you can shop somewhere else, I’d advise you do. They do not care if you spend $150 or $150,00. I did an order for same-day delivery because I had a crew working on one of our rental units. Huge mistake! The supplies were supposed to be delivered that day instead, we had DoorDash deliver takeout from Chili’s at 6:30pm. That was on a Friday. I tried calling the store before they closed and after being on hold twice for over 7 to 10 minutes, I was promptly hung up on. It’s been four days of calling the store, but no one answers, emailing the manager, no response, calling the main customer service line which is in India and they can only do so much. Not only was she knowledgeable in the plumbing aisle, but she also went out of her way to help me find exactly what I needed. She had a positive attitude and even helped me find alternatives and solutions to what I was looking for. I shopped for some painting ceiling materials and for a ceiling repair. I was able to find everything okay. I also did not have much trouble checking out. Line was minimal for a Monday night. I am pretty experienced in finding most of these items so I did not need a guide. Though, it would have been helpful for their to be specialized guides for the kind of job I am doing. Well, we can't have everything.
