I came to buy a kitchen cabinet to repair a water damage at a home. I had a guy help me load it onto the cart. Then, when I was at the cash register, I asked for help loading it into my truck. They called someone, and as I was finishing with my payment, a young guy quickly came to help me load it up. Very happy with my stop today. Cabinet was a good match to existing cabinets.

I've been coming to this HD for many years and consistently get good customer service. You really have to have patience to work here. Tonight I came in 45 min before closing. I had interactions with three different employees and each one was great. I wish I had took note of their names. The first lady was from flooring and I caught her in the shelving section and asked a bunch of questions. She helped as much as she could but mentioned she was fairly new and walked me over to another coworker in the blinds section. She was very kind and helpful. Once I figured out what I needed, the gentlemen in the blinds section with the leather hat helped me cut my metal shelving. He was happy to help even though it was 10 min to closing. I love shopping at Home Depot. Mostly I shop & find things on my own as you can't always depend on finding store folks for help. But when you do, they are almost universally helpful & happy to help. If you look up things online first, you can find the exact location of what you want to buy there, making it easy to find what you want without much help.

Wylie at the Paint Center was amazing. I came in for supplies for a first-time woodworking/desk project and I honestly didn’t know what I was doing. Wylie was incredibly patient and enthusiastic—he walked me through what each product does, how to use it, and even explained the “why” behind the steps so I could make good choices instead of just buying random stuff. He went above and beyond by staining a sample piece right there to demonstrate different methods and show how the results change. He spent over an hour helping me, never rushed me, and made the whole project feel doable. Huge thanks to Wylie for the outstanding service,Home Depot is lucky to have him. We stopped in to look at electric riding lawn mowers and found a push power lawn mower. It was last year's model we got it for a third of the of the price for last year's model. We were extremely happy and the service was excellent
