I want to personally think Mike and Chris who made sure that I got my super base speakers. I walked in. Mike knew that I needed help and was ready to assist. There was a speaker that I needed when he told Out to go in as he seen me leaving and realized I did not purchase the speaker. He took time to find the speaker that was needed. Chris came to pull it down.

Nick and Cedrick were an amazing help to me. They went out of their way to assist in cutting the materials I needed for the job. The staff here is usually kind and helpful, but both Nick and Cedrick seemed to go above and beyond. I don’t know much about my project, but they made me feel confident enough to proceed. 10/10!

My sister & I stopped in to the Bowie Home Depot for 3 items. I found a staff member (Big Dawg) in plumbing who was incredibly helpful with information on all three items. He suggested what to buy, where to find them, and who to ask for in each department. We ended up looking for Nick in lumber and he was just as great! Today was a great day in this location!!

This location is great, we were able to find a beautiful Christmas tree pretty late in the game and everyone we encountered inside the store was attentive and helpful. The garden center gentlemen lifted, sawed, wrapped, and tied our tree to our car! Staff inside were helpful and kind as well, they even played with my son. I gotta be honest, I usually get my trees from local plant shops but I’m glad I came in tonight after being unable to find what we wanted elsewhere. The trees were better than the plant shop at this stage in the search, and the amazing price was *almost* shocking 😂

I'd like to thank the whole staff working today 12/24. I went to several stores yesterday to pick up some wood which I needed simple cuts done so I could get it home unfortunately all the stores seemed to have broken saws. In a last ditch effort to try to complete a Christmas present for my sister I stopped by the Bowie Home Depot. I first spoke to Tiffany who was a big help with finding an associate to cut the 2x4s I had picked out. Then Alan helped by getting all the cuts completed and stacked it all neatly back on the cart for me. So a big shout out and thank you to both of you. This is what customer service should look like!
