8 DOLLAR HEATER TUNEUP SCAM!!!. We signed up for this Heating system tuneup and was sh locked at what it really is. The company comes out and looks at your system and basically says yep, its running. I asked why the heck would you ever say on a flyer 8 dollar tune up if its is not a tune up. He blamed Home Depot saying I don't know why Home Depot promotes this service as a tune up. They cause us problems with the homeowners everytime we show up. I called Branson Home Depot and spoke to the manager. She said she was shocked he said that and would escalate it to the manager that oversees the Heating and air people. She said If you don't hear from him call me back. I said to myself, she already knows he won't call me back. So a week went by and I called her back. She said oh he hasn't emaile

Since moving to Missouri this has become one of our favorite stores. These southern workers are so very well mannered, friendly and helpful (especially the youth). I’ve seen a work ethic in the kids down here that’s very different. They smile, yes sir no sir, ask you if you need help and will interact with you in a heartbeat. It’s just different than up in the western suburbs of Chicago. Down here we end up in long conversations and laughing together with workers every time we visit the store. It’s almost like seeing friends you bump into on the street. My wife and I end up just walking and buying sometimes for an hour or more. I have given Home Depot so many chances to do a better job..... I bought a window air conditioner this year and I intentionally bought an energy star air condition... It was special ordered and it said energy star on my receipt but when I got it it wasn't marked with an energy star emblem. I called Home Depot and the manager had me convinced that just because it doesn't have an energy star emblem doesn't mean that it's not an energy star because it says so right on the receipt. So I googled the serial number and model number, and it indeed was not an energy star air conditioner.... They wanted me to pay again to have it uninstalled and bring it in and I'm almost 70 years old I can't do that. They should've had to come pick it up. They put a credit on my account for $75. fine So I trie

This is the worst store that I've had to deal with. I have been waiting since july for a custom door with an install and always something. I will do business somewhere else from now on. Its definitely not worth the stress or the hassle. I have called and called and yes I've been hung up on myself so I just call back and always some kind of b.s. so I am done messing with this home depo located in branson. Now I see why many locals go to Lowes or menards. Now I have to wait till November 13 for an install and id almost bet that will change again. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else cause this store isn't worth it. Do better!
