The Home Depot

I visited your store to return items that were not used for my project. I specifically requested that the refund be issued as store credit so I could avoid the seven-day wait for the funds to be returned to my card. However, your representative declined this request. Based on my understanding of your return policy, store credit should be an available option. I would appreciate clarification on this matter

It’s always a waste of time to check the website first, only to find that their inventory listing aren’t actually available upon arrival. The floor staff was not interested in assisting and voice “oh well”, and went back to looking at her phone. I was looking for an item in A15, an coiled air hose. Although the web site stated there was one in inventory, were none to be found on the shelf. A short, middle aged women, wearing a northern European style sea cap which had a bling band on the front was not interested or surprised about the missing item when reported this to her. That person was not at all interested in being of assistance to locate it. She went right back to looking at her phone and socializing with another staff member. I just wanted to drop a quick note about our experience at the Home Depot here in Brenham, Texas. We went in to purchase some lumber for a remodeling project at our house. I just wanted to give a sincere thanks to one of your employees that helped my wife and myself that day. We had a very good experience with Jacob H. He helped us out with making the right choice on the products we bought. He also helped us load the stuff into the truck and was very customer oriented. Great customer service! The Manager Chaffin was very professional, kind, and really went above and beyond to help me out! She was quite a joy to deal with and did what she had to do to get things done! Leadership Reflective of Excellence!

I wanted to say that I was very disappointed by the customer service at Home Depot today. I needed help in paint, 2 people just brushed me off. Then came along SANDY. She said that paint was not her department but she would figure everything out for me. She took me and helped me get everything I needed. Because of her I didn't leave, I made a large purchase and left happy. I reached out to the manager to let him know, but I'm not sure he will tell her what a great job she is doing, (yes I told her how valuable she is). I highly recommend going and asking for Sandy! She deserves a raise. People like her, are rare to find in the customer service industry. 💕
