I recently purchased a Frigidaire dishwasher from Home Depot and want to share an important detail that is not clearly explained during the buying process. Home Depot gives you only 48 hours from the date of delivery to report any issues with the appliance. Not from installation. Not from first use. From delivery. This becomes a serious problem because Home Depot does not handle installation themselves. They provide “certified” third-party installers, and installation is often scheduled separately — sometimes more than 48 hours after delivery. That means your return/reporting window can expire before the dishwasher is even installed or turned on. I complained to Jessica Hicks and About them giving me rascist slurs and she gave me a Attitude a horrible reputation & representation of management. Jan was helping me at self checkout she is usually there every morning very nice and friendly. As she was in the middle of scanning my items. A young kid Brady came up behind her and said it’s about that time and took the scanner from her. She apologized to me said Sorry I guess I better leave I found this both disrespectful to the cashier and to myself a customer. I have never seen poor customer service like that. That kid should apologize. I’ve never seen him there before and hope I never do again. .

It's better than Lowe's. I don't know how. The bathroom does have a lot of graffiti though. Like a lot, the mirror is scratched and one of the stalls has a swastika.

Just wanted to give a shoutout and say thank you to Kyle at the Bridgewater Home Depot location. We recently had a large purchase through the Pro Desk and Kyle handled our order. He was courteous, professional, and accommodating in every way. He also assisted with the loading process into our utility trailer along with another gentleman who was a pro at operated the forklift (I wish I could remember his name). We are Home Depot loyalists and I again just want to say thank you for representing the company well. Look forward to the future purchases at this location.
