Attempted to purchase a Fire TV stick as inventory shows 16 in stock. Wasnt able to locate 1 in the store. Staff was no help and even was told I should "order online" there was a part time employee of all people who even cared to help me. We are approaching 2026, how can inventory be off by 16 items. It gets worse, I drove to Avon as they show 9 in stock. Guess what, yep out of stock! So you scan the product with phone as told to do, you walk to register to be informed nobody knows why inventory is off. We'll unfortunately for Home Depot, I drove to Randolph target and purchased one from them and will reconsider shopping at home depot in future.

Place is a joke lady at customer service has an attitude problem no good help. Hire retired people that want to work. I don’t think I have ever found the first person I see and ask where something is and had them know what there doing. Avon is getting better I won’t go back to Brockton

I come to the store wasn’t sure, hopping to get an opinion on flooring, was 930 pm, thinking someone would help me out, get me in and out, NOPE, a group of employees there talking I ask for help, they point me somewhere , 955 pm I’m at the cash out and realize I grab the wrong flooring boxes, I ask the the cashier if I can go grab the right boxes, she told me to ask the manager named Jerry, so I asked him and he says NOPE they are closed, I tried to talk to him and I was told if I didn’t leave he going to call the cops,
