I had an excellent experience with Nicole in the Paint Department at The Home Depot store #6158 in Mills Basin, Brooklyn. From the moment I approached the counter, she was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. Nicole took the time to answer all of my questions, offered helpful recommendations, and made sure I selected the right products for my project. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly stood out. She made what could have been an overwhelming process feel easy and stress-free. Pretty good Home Depot location. Staff usually knows where things are and they’re quick to help when you can actually find someone in the aisles. The inventory is generally well-stocked for basic projects, and I like that they still carry a decent selection of tools you can actually touch before buying (unlike some competitors). Parking lot is big, but it gets chaotic on weekends. Pro desk people are usually helpful if you’re doing a bigger order. Prices aren’t always the lowest, but the convenience and selection make up for it most of the time. Would shop here again.

This Home Depot has to be one of the worst locations I've experienced. This home depot has the worst customer service ever. The employees here are not pleasant. They are not rude or nasty, they simply will do everything in their power not to help you. It's sad because I actually live close to this location. I now go to the Home Depot in Manhattan on 23rd street. This location has some of the best customer service and the store is upkeep is clean and welcoming. The Home Depot at Avenue U looks dusty, dark, dirty and run down. It has a dirty, dusty unwelcome atmosphere to it and the employees working here doesn't make it any better. If you want bad customer service, lazy unhelpful employees then this is the location for you.

I came to the Home Depot in Mill Basin to return a few items. I was standing in the return line, clearly next to be helped. When the cashier finished with the customer in front of me, instead of taking me—the actual next person in line—she suddenly took another man who came from nowhere, straight from inside the store. He was not in the line at all. When I calmly asked why she skipped me, she started yelling and raising her voice, saying things like “my shift is ending in 20 minutes,” instead of addressing the simple fact that I was next. I have never experienced such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. I felt completely dismissed and discriminated against for no reason. I asked for a manager. This clinic saved my Nicollete life twice She had a last stage kidney failier I never saw such an amazing human being as Doctor Garo is. He cares about animals in his clinic day and night for basically nothing You can get there without appointment till 2 pm and they see every body I had all my 4 cats coming here. I'm so great ful for Doctor Garo. I highly recommend them to people who can't afford to spend tons of money.
