Home Depot has made a comeback! Great service, knowledgeable staff(for the most part), staff always willing to help, prices about the same. I thank the company for stepping up their game. It was bad for a while there but they have made it up and some! Great job HD😃

Horrible service ! No one helps you to get anything. I place an order for pick up cause I can’t carry items since I’m pregnant and they didn’t had any item ready nor help me load things to the vehicle . When I ask for something they called people over the phone and no one when to get it , then I turn around and 4 employee guys where just talking and not even doing there job! They should really choose employees wisely cause it’s wasteful to have so many employees yet they don’t even know where things are located or help at all !!!

Rita and Ron are honestly the nicest people I’ve met, I needed help with a Christmas tree and Rita made sure I got it! Mind you I live an hour away. They both went above and beyond when they were helping me so if you want the best experience when shopping there definitely look for them, it’s good to finally have nice people to help out. Hands down my best customer service experience

Convenient location and has the inventory I need. For some reason stuff is really dusty at this location, even the things indoors. I thought it was normal until I went to the one in Harlingen and things there were clean. Their holiday decor is great. They also have nice plants.

Very friendly and helpful employees. They went the extra mile to make sure and answer all my questions. I highly recommend The HomeDepo on Marrison st. In Brownsville Texas especially the employee that help me with the purchase of a Washer that had to be delivered to a different city. Thank you so much.
