Lila and Mohamed helped me today. They were very patient and kind with me and they ensured that each product was what I needed and wanted. I love Home Depot, the employees are always kind and attentive and the products are top of the line!!

Terrible quality, customer service at the store level was horrendous. The district manager was actually in store and would not even give me his info to have a conversation about my experience. We ordered a complete kitchen and 90 percent of the cabinets were damaged. Terrible customer service> I never write reviews but I’m about to track down the regional manager at this point. Remodel a house bought just about everything we needed from here. Helpful management. don’t use the 3 rd party delivery service (ship to home online) it’s a flipping nightmare management had to go out of their way due to NSD (Non Stop Delivery). I recommend asking for it to be shipped to store and delivered from there or pick it up. Other than that helpful place. Hopefully it turns out 😊

On August 6, I placed an order for flooring materials for my room installation. At the time of purchase, I was informed that the materials would be ordered first, and once received, an installation appointment would be scheduled. I was told that installation usually takes place about two weeks after the materials are delivered. However, it has now been almost a month since I placed my order, and I still have not received the materials. I continue to receive emails with changes to the delivery date, which keeps being pushed back. This is very frustrating because not only do I have to wait for the materials with no clear delivery date, but I will also have to wait additional weeks for the installation after they finally arrive. Home Depot offers is a go to place for many things. Their app. Makes finding hardware items much easier. The app makes hardware selection much easier with multiple items and ratings.
