Workers are worse than unhelpful. I asked an employee where moving boxes were. He directed me to the opposite side of the store where he was. When I informed him where the boxes really are, close to where I started when I asked him he communicated oh well, he didn’t care he sent me the wrong place and he didn’t care where anything in the store is located. Just went back to playing on his phone. I took a pic of him because wouldn’t identify his name. Advise shopping someplace else with basic customer service. 12/11/25. 4PM

I had an outstanding experience with Diana in Customer Service at the Home Depot in Campbell, CA on Hamilton Ave. She was helping with multiple things at once—a cooktop order, a price adjustment/credit for a dishwasher that went on sale after I purchased it, and then I asked if she could check on some Christmas lights since the shelf was empty. Instead of just saying they were out, she went the extra mile: she looked them up, found that there were still some in stock, then personally took a forklift out to bring down a pallet from the top stock. I had an issue with a purchase at the Home Depot in Campbell. They didn’t have the Milwaukee 3/8 socket set in stock, so they had to order it from another store. Online the price was $129, but when the order went through, I was charged $154 plus tax, which came out to around $160. The cashier, Vanessa, was amazing. She noticed the problem right away, told me she would make some calls to corporate, and said she’d get back to me. Because of that, I didn’t cancel the order.
