Home Depot is a reliable choice for home improvement needs. The store is well-organized, and I was able to find what I needed without much trouble. The staff was helpful and answered my questions, but they weren’t overly pushy, which I appreciated. They had a good selection of products, and the checkout process was straightforward. Overall, a solid shopping experience.

I looked on the website and couldn't find where a couple products were located, but one of the associates, Donley, was immediately able to tell me their exact aisle and location in the aisle. He was an amazing help and saved me a lot of time. He even was able to help with something completely unrelated and gave me some great advice on how to use my item. Fantasic customer service!

My name is Oscar Ramirez, and I'm writing to report a cashier named Nahomy for mistreatment and discrimination. Every time I go to pay with her, she treats me badly. I go every day, and she's the only one who treats me badly. The other cashiers are fine; they even recognize me as soon as I enter the store. I spoke today with a young manager who was there talking to her, and she saw everything Nahomy did and said she was going to talk to her. I hope you do something about it. Thank you.

The rep at the rental desk "D" was demoralizingly rude. I have had many great, friendly, helpful and professional experiences at this place. But this time it was depressing. I walked up to rent a plumbing snake, I was quickly greeted but that's when the pleasantries stopped. I was asked which one I wanted to rent, and as I started explaining I was rudely interrupted with a negative nod and told bring the one you want to rent and put it right here. I felt like I was being talked to like a child being scolded. Yet, I went and picked the machine and put it exactly where I was told. He then looked at it and said this one doesn't have a tip, which one do you want? I hadn't rented one on a while so I said, is there a standard one? He said nope. And just started walking to where the machines were

I experienced outstanding customer service in the blind department today! I was amazed at the patience and technical expertise of Keily Wagner and Coup! Keily went above and beyond to comprehend my complex situation and prove the perfect solution. Coup was determined to meet needs. I will make sure to use Home Depot for all my home improvement projects.
