The Home Depot

If you need loaded out, good luck. Always have problems with help or forklift drivers never being around. This time it was 50 bags of garden soil and 100 bags manure and we purchased it @ 11:36am. We started loading ourselves because I have had problems with this Home Depot for now 20 years of not providing help or a forklift. First the receiving dock guy (he was nice) checked our receipt and he checked to see if there was a forklift on the way. Second was a nice associate where she also checked our receipt and asked if we needed help and we told her we had requested a forklift at checkout and that was over 15 minutes ago. At 12:24pm we were throwing straps to tie the load down and an older guy and a younger guy show up, check our receipt and then proceeded to tell us we are not all

My wife and I purchased 60 bricks for our backyard for pick-up. We don't have a truck so we had to put them in our trunk 1 at a time. The gentleman that brought them out was so great and helpful. We got them all in the trunk in no time. I didn't catch his name but his customer service was great. 10/10 we will be back.

This home depot has been around for awhile but I can't really say if it's good or bad. It's probably the only major hardware store in town so it doesn't really have to try. I got what I needed and service was decent but I had to settle for home depot branded tools. The one I wanted was special order.

Felicia was super awesome, I work for a local landscaper and we lost a composite book. She was very friendly and went well out of her way to help me find it. A+ thank you Felicia!

All of the customer service ladies are quite unprofessional and borderline rude. Tammy just sat there carrying on a conversation after receiving me, and looked at me like I was supposed to be engaged with it. The 2nd lady started giving me attitude when I reaffirmed what needed to happen so there were no mistakes with my situation (which was good because they almost screwed up). I just moved here and have already had an unpleasant experience twice, plus nobody is around for help, unlike most locations. Home Depots are usually better than this. But I guess the Lowes literally walking distance from this one gets my business for the next decade because by contrast they are super friendly and helpful.
