The Home Depot

This Home Depot is my go-to store for remodeling my properties. They consistently have the materials, appliances, and supplies I need, and their inventory selection is very reliable. I want to especially recognize the gentlemen in the refrigerators and stoves (appliances) department they are outstanding workers. Professional, knowledgeable, patient, and truly helpful. They made the process smooth and provided excellent service. They are a 10/10 and represent the store very well. One area that could use improvement is overall customer service training for some staff members in other departments. While many employees are helpful, there is an opportunity to improve consistency in customer attention and engagement. Overall, this location remains my preferred Home Depot for my renovation proje

Very rude and unprepared staff. My item was “picked up” by someone else. When I proved to them I am the person for pickup the manager said “oh well” and didn’t bother give me the item. I wanted to do a return and he said I need the item. Like are you for real!? I have the barcode in my order to pickup so how do y’all give it to someone else and make me drive all the way to this store and say that? Very unprofessional.

Jan. 3, 2026 I arrived to this Home Depot. As I have several times, in the past. It was 9:30 a.m., & the store was not busy. Best time to shop at Home Depot. There wasn't "one" cashier available, at checkout. I counted at least, 4 employees standing around, watching us check ourselves out. As the employees were are professional & pleasant. It would have been really nice, to have had one resgister open. It's just good customer service. I will choose another Home Depot, in the future. Happy New Year.

It was a quick visit but the lady at check out took care of us. Went for screws and washers, forgot something else to get she took our items and found the prices and had everything added up and waiting for us at check out....felt like V.I.P. service..

Thank you to all the friendly employees that work there I was pleased on how Ms.Regina was able to help me order a grill that had to be ordered online. And a week and a half later.fully assembled no extra cost and at the time of the pick up CR was able to help me load up in my truck no questions asked very helpful team . Thank you all!!!
