Searched all of Austin for a very specific Christmas gift and finally found at this location! Emi was beyond helpful making sure the item was found before I drove up to get it. Emi was so kind throughout the process! Her and Brandon did a great job loading the item into my car. Highly recommend!

Priya, the customer service person in the Cedar Park, TX store, is my heroine! I purchased some items through the Army Airforce Exchange from Home Depot and some of the stuff was shipped but had not arrived. I had called HD.com orders and was told that I could go to the local store and pick up one of the items. As it turned out, it was not as easy as all that, but Priya found solutions to all of the issues and got me the item I needed at the on-line price I expected. I am SO happy that Priya saved my day!
