Home Depot runs toddler activities each month, and ever since my daughter turned one my husband and I have loved bringing her. It has become such a fun tradition for our family. I especially want to recognise Brian Gutierrez and Patrick Norman at the Central Islip, NY location. Their hard work, kindness, and compassion toward our family and all the other families really stand out. They help make each event welcoming, organised, and memorable. We’re already excited to keep coming back and build more fun projects with our toddler in 2025. Thank you, Brian and Patrick, for everything you do.

Just a bad place with bad policy I purchased a brand new dishwasher. That I had to wait a week to install. Then they tell me they have only a 48 hr return window. Never buy your appliances here go anywhere else. They sell broken stuff then won't take it back. And now I find out best buy has a 15 day return policy

Rob & Mike Department 28 are the best!! I bought a Christmas Tree at the Deer Park Location and the top wouldn't light the associate at that location called Central Islip to check stock told me there were 8 in stock so I went there to exchange. Rob & Mike hunted everywhere and couldn't find any. Then the took the one i was returning and set it up in the store for me to try and fix it!! No luck though as I was leaving Justin at the return desk asked if my name was Dawn, they had already pulled a tree and put it aside for me!! Thank you to Rob, Mike and Justin for going the extra mile for me!!!

Nobody wants to work store stuff terrible, l ordered online $2000 pvc shed . While l was there to pick up my order , even store manager (PETER) was embarrassed about his lazy workers .so He trying to help me to load my 500-600 pound box in my truck . I refused it because l was trying to punish my self to not to go to location anymore .

Every time I walk in this place aisle where I need something is closed because they have a forklift in there. Is it a warehouse or is it a store? If you have to have forklifts operating during business hours. Get some better skilled operators. It shouldn't take 20 minutes to get a pallet of wood off a top shelf.
