I was looking for a specific plant for weeks. Joni in the Garden Department was stellar! She went out of her way and made sure I got what I was looking for. She kept in contact about when it would be delivered. She is awesome! Also, Annika was the cashier and was along for the 2 and half week journey of me looking for this plant. She was so sweet. Her and Joni made what could have been a frustrating experience, not so frustrating and they made sure to take care of me.

THe product is clearly defective as it is warping in place. What I want is for you to come out with or without the manufactuer to take a look at it. I was obviously followed out of the store, a male employee I hadn’t spoken to came up behind me (had no idea he was behind me…), into the plant nursery to ask if I “needed help”. I’d seen him in the store. Was I asking for help ? No. In fact inside the store near the exit, I turned down help from another fellow when I mentioned going out to the nursery, I think I was overheard by the one who decided to follow (stalk) me. I’d just picked out some weed killer, close to the exit inside. The guy who followed me out to the nursery probably heard me say “no thanks” to a different indoor employee who asked if I’d like help outside (when I asked a plant question). I said no thanks. Milwaukee tool backpack its size was big enough for my tools used for the job. Quality is great well made and tough. Price was reasonable. Staff was helpful and polite. It was fairly empty at that time purchase took 20 minutes. Im very pleased with my purchase
