I came here to pick up a donation and stood at the customer service desk for approximately 15 minutes and what I witness was nothing but incredible customer service! There was a woman by the name of Elsie, who greeted everyone with a smile and helped all of her coworkers through everything. Best customer service I have seen in a long time. So refreshing.

want to recognize Ryan at the Pro Desk for truly exceptional service. Last week he helped me load multiple hot water tanks onto my truck without hesitation. The first time I asked for help, he came right out and handled it. The second time, he saw me walking by with another purchase and came out on his own without me even asking. What really impressed me was that he paid attention. He noticed I was purchasing several tanks at a time and asked if I was a Pro member. He explained the perks and offered to look into my account to see if there were additional savings available. He took my number and actually followed through. Today I came to the Cheektowaga store to return a power washer that was unopened. I was NOT aware of the 7 day return policy! As soon as I walked in and went to the customer service line, I was pleasantly greeted by one of your associates, CarrieAnn. She had a smile on her face and asked if I was there to return something, and asked if it was used or opened. She took it up on herself to go to the counter with me and talk to the cashier about my return. My cashier was Morgan. He was nice, but did not want to go above & beyond to help a customer. He pretty much told me that my only option was to keep it b/c of your 7-day return policy. I had to ask to speak with a manager. I even said I would take store credit. I went to try and return a $140 Ryobi battery charger that was bought for Christmas didn't have my receipt. they kinda weren't exactly nice right from the start then gave me a hard time about it and finally right when I thought they were going to give me store credit return after asking for my ID and whatnot they come back and say it's over the $50 maximum that they can return without a receipt even though I have never returned anything to any Home Depot' ever..

My go to shop for paint. Stopped by on a Friday afternoon. They have a huge variety of colors. Picked the color I wanted and a few accessories I needed for my bathroom and lefted a happy customer.
