I am a real estate developer who purchased 8 appliances during a promotional offer. The delivery driver never delivered the items on the scheduled day, and the order was canceled without any notice. I went to the store to repurchase the items at the original prices, but the store manager, in an effort to protect his store's profit, refused to honor the original purchase prices. I'm a regular buyer. How much did he lose for not forecasting? I strongly advise avoiding this store if possible. They lack an understanding of how to build a loyal customer base and grow their revenue through relationship nurturing. The Saugus store is a better option; I recommend trying Saugus.

I went in today to buy a washer for my house and one of the sales representatives; Kimberly was an amazing help. When we entered the appliances department she came up to us and offered us help. She made the process of ordering our new washer to our house really easy. Thank you for your help and kindness Kimberly!

I wish we still had the old hardware stores that used to be owned by small businesses owners where you could talk to an actual person whenever you had questions and they were always available to answer your questions. Now days you go to a home depot or Lowe’s and can’t even find someone to help you with your questions and calling by phone is even worse. I had my calls disconnected many times. I spent my whole lunch break trying to talk to someone on the phone without any luck.

First genuinely prejudice experiences I’ve had from one of the customer service associates. White/spanish male, long hair, scruffy beard, about 6 feet tall. I am a third party delivery driver through Roadie. I’ve been doing in consistently for about 4 months around Boston and new York. I stop at the same Home Depot branches all the time and for order verification purposes, they have always, 100% of the time, only asked for a photo of my ID. Today, this particular associate demanded to see a physical ID and was not allowed to use just a photo. After clarifying with the manager that this was not the case and that a photo of my ID was sufficient; he then refused to apologize and was extremely rude the rest of the transaction.

I had a wonderful experience at the Home Depot in Chelsea, MA today, even under stressful circumstances. I had lost my phone and was very upset, but the employees here went above and beyond to help me. A very kind woman at the self-checkout was not only helpful but also incredibly sweet and sympathetic—she truly made me feel cared for. In addition, Jose in the garden department went out of his way to assist me and showed such kindness and generosity. The young men at the returns area also kept a lookout for me and offered their support. Every single employee I spoke with was unbelievable. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care stood out, and I wish more places had employees like them. Five stars all the way for this outstanding team!
