The Home Depot

Horrendous customer service. Had a delivery order and it was missing an item. Called customer service, they told me I had to call the store. Called the store, they told me I had to call Uber who delivered the order. I would highly recommend NOT using Home Depot for any delivery of products. How about you guys call Uber, since you’re the ones who use them and give us no choice who you use.

Came in on 11/17/25 around 11:20am and a very nice gentleman helped me figure out what kind of PVC trim and quarter round to get. The piece was way too big to fit in my SUV and he was kind enough to cut it for me. I forgot his name (maybe Todd) but he was sitting at the desk near the trim area and so appreciate his expertise and help! He really made my day so much smoother and so grateful for his kindness.

Went to buy a rototiller, wanted the biggest one I could find. Tried waving down employees for help they ignored me. Called the store and the home and garden associate told me he was on lunch so I would need to wait 10 minutes. Then told me he would try to get someone and hung up on me. Called the store back to ask for a manager when a nice young lady showed up. She was very helpful. The tiller I was looking at was stocked below a sign that said 400 dollars. So I asked if that was the correct price, nope the one stacked there was 699. I said yes but it is stocked under the sign for 400. She said they would not honor it, so I asked to speak to a manager, there was a gentleman who had walked up and he said he was the manager and he would not honor the sign either. Not my fault the t

Standing in front of the closed aisle I need in to make a purchase for the last 20 min watching the glazed over look on the person stocking the whole isle during business hours face while they are obviously making it take as long as humanly possible. Driving to the other side of town to Lowe’s shouldn’t be a viable alternative in my opinion…….

This store needs an education on customer service. I was in at 5:49pm to buy paint. There was a guy standing at the paint counter when I got there. I grabbed the color card I wanted but needed to look at the different types of Behr cans. At 5:59 the guy was gone, never to be seen again. There were 4 associates stands at the customer service counter, which is right across the main aisle, laughing and having a good time talking with each other. I stood there trying to be polite so I could ask them if someone could help. I finally got mad and started walking up the main aisle to find another associate and found no one. By the time I got back, they were all gone. I found one of the people that were standing up front talking and when I walked towards her, she turned around and started walking a
