The Home Depot

The employees have been very nice and very helpful. I've had a great experience with the people working at Home Depot. Unfortunately, the store is not user friendly. They have filled all the aisles with merchandise so that it is very hard to walk around in the store. Especially if you have a cart or anything large. They also have four entrances to the store but you're only allowed to use one of them. Taking care of the merchandising and opening up another entrance would make the shopping experience much more enjoyable. Note - Home Depot replied to my review very quickly with a nice response showing that they are listening and care. Because of this I bumped up my review.

Torie at customer service is awesome! She went above and beyond to ensure I had a good outcome! We had computer issues and tried everything and got Jon the manager to help get it straight! She is an exemplary employee and represents Home Depot well! I would hire her for real!

This has to be the best Home Depot in the USA. The customer service is out of this world. They are so friendly and helpful while knowledgeable about anything you are working on. 5 stars all the way!

Aaron at the CDA store today 12/9/25 was Very Helpful. He showed me several choices of Sheet Metal trim at different prices and grades. He even cut the long pieces in half so they would fit in my car. He definitely made an extra effort to assist me. A Great Representative for Home Depot.

It feels like Walmart took over Home Depot. Cram as much crap as you can in each aisle to make it as difficult as possible for customers to get through. Remove checkers and make you check yourself out but breathe down your neck like you're trying to steal. Every time I go, they have half the store shut down so they can get something off of a top shelf. The parking lot is a nightmare. Lowe's is a much smoother visit from start to finish.
