It's like every other Home Depot. When you first walk in it's kind of tight with all the displays they have the aisles. Otherwise the whole store is stuffed with products.

I recently purchased a Refrigerator, a range, a washer and dryer. Nov 16th. On delivery they did not have the stacking kit so they could not install the dryer and took it with them and said they will install when the get that kit. Kit came in and for 3 weeks now they have set appointment's and never show, and when you call them to check status thet lie and tell you they are still on their way and never show. I have missed work 2 days with out pay and still have not gotten anywhere with this problem. Called the Collinsville store to talk to a manager and got an assistant manager named Blake. For him to ask me my number to look up my order then clicks over with out a word and puts me on hold for a half hour. And I have no idea when I will get what I paid for. I would not even think of doing

Never use the delivery service!! We have been waiting for our dryer since 11-19, its 12-5...imagine not havine a dryer for this amount of time!!! They forgot to deliver a part so we had to wait for that part to come in so the dryer can be installed. Said part has been delivered but they forgot to put us on the delivery route this past Wednesday and said we would be one of the first deliveries today...it's 6pm and they are FOUR stops away!! How is that first on the route!! We were on hold for 50 minutes just to find out where our dryer was. We had to take off work early for a dryer that didn't show up during the time we were told it would be here. We lost time, money and now even more time due to this inconvenience!! We've heard of these issues but never thought this would happen to us!! Ne

I came into the store today to buy my husband a grill for Father’s Day. Wasn’t sure what I was doing so I asked the two young men working in that department. Let just say how amazing they both were. They picked out everything I would need and helped me load everything. I wish I would have gotten their names. God bless them both for going above and beyond their jobs.

Rented a gas pole pruner to cut a few limbs. It worked fantastic. The chain came off while we used it so we returned to the store where Tim fixed it AND reset the time on our rental so we can weren't penalized for the experience. Great customer service!
