The Home Depot

This used to be one of my favorite stores to buy plants from because of the wide selection I rarely go here anymore One of your employees always gives me flack when I'm bringing in a return The last return she basically said I couldn't return something unless it was brought from her store I used to do retail even a manager and I know chain stores accept returns from any store they are affiliated with I don't see what the problem is if I have a receipt with the item home Depot has a policy on returns and plants I've been buying plants for over 20 years I was buying them when home Depot guaranteed plants as long as you had them as long as you had a receipt I have about 80 plants I never have a problem in any other home depots . Lowe's Walmart or Kroger but this one That's why you never see

Over the last 20 years, Home Depot always has older, semi-retired gentlemen working there who are always a wealth of information! Home Depot delivery is really great! I order everything I can from Home Depot just for their convenient delivery!

I worked closely with Trisha and Cory on a kitchen renovation. Trisha did an amazing job redesigning the kitchen cabinets and helping me select the countertop material and color. She made many great recommendations, ordered the cabinets, connected me with the counter mfr, worked with the pro desk to get me the best contractor pricing available, managed the paperwork, communicated the process, and kept the project moving along while managing many other customer projects. Cory did an amazing job working with the mfr to replace damaged or imperfect cabinet doors. I highly recommend American Woodmark Cabinetry as they 100% stand behind their products. I also highly recommend both Trisha and Cory as they were super responsive and friendly. Just an amazing experience.

This location has tobe one of my favorite store. Staff are extremely helpful and approach you for assistance. I as able to get my locks keyed right on the spot. My Veteran's discount worked from the QR code from the app and was honored. Recommended.

DO NOT use Home Depot - or at least this location - for ANY home renovation projects. I used their design and installation team to install new countertops and backsplash in our kitchen. The entire experience was a disaster from start to finish on both jobs. Improper measurements, multiple return trips to correct mistakes that lead to more time off work, incorrect material amounts in shipments that lead to more delays... the list goes on. What ultimately led me to leave this review, however, is that damage was done to our home and never repaired after months and months of requesting that it be fixed. We eventually had to hire a contractor to repair the damage and sent a bill to the Home Depot design department. I have not received any response from them for 4 months! Absolutely absurd custo
