I bought my new water heater from Home Depot, and Otter HVAC handled the installation. The team was professional, quick, and very tidy. Everything works perfectly. I couldn’t be happier!

When you request an assist to help load 40 lb bags of pellets and wait for 10+ minutes and no one shows up it's very discouraging and doesn't show that Home Depot cares about customer service. My 73 or old, sick husband had to load 10 bags into the car because no one came to help. I couldn't help because I just had surgery and cannot lift more than 10 lbs. They should be more responsive. I hope he doesn't end up worse due to the exertion or corporate will be hearing from me.

Home Depot is a great store with tons of choices for all your household and home improvement needs. From tools to plants, furniture, and cleaning supplies, they have just about everything you need at a reasonable price. The store is well organized, and it’s easy to find what you’re looking for. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist if you need advice or help locating an item. I appreciate their good customer service and the effort they put into keeping the store clean and stocked. Definitely a place worth supporting for all your home projects and essentials!

The store is great. I hate that everything i need is always locked up. And i really hate being treated like a criminal. Maybe I fit the profile, I don’t know. But being chased down after making my purchase to check my receipt because maybe I somehow got through the checkout without paying for the 80lb, $400 roll of wire that was waiting for me at the customer service desk? Not sure how that could be possible. Maybe the guy thought I charmed my way into them giving it to me for free, or maybe he is applying to work for ICE and had to flex his “authority” at me for some reason? If he had a gun I would definitely be terrified. Whatever his problem was he lost my respect.
